Thank you to Mr. Steve Peck for over 40 years of service to Enid Public Schools. He served as the Facility Energy Management Monitor at the time of his retirement and is credited with assisting the district in saving over 10 million dollars.

The Enid High School Baseball team was recognized as the 6A State Runner-up champs.
Congratulations to Cassidy Fitzgerald and Felipe Gomez for being named to the 6A East All State Soccer Team and to Jake Kennedy for being named to the Oklahoma Baseball Coaches Association All State Team.
This message is for EHS families and friends: Due to inclement weather expected this evening we are postponing the graduation ceremony to tomorrow, Sat., May 20, at 10 a.m. at D. Bruce Selby Stadium.
Seniors will report to the stadium by 9:15 a.m. to check in and gates will open to the public at 8. Parking is available on the south and west side of the stadium as well as at Enid High School. Visitors are welcome to take seats on the north or south side of the stadium. Senior pictures for those that want them will be at the field house from 8:30-9:30 am.
We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2023 tomorrow morning. The weather is expected to be chilly so don’t forget to bring a sweater or jacket. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time and thank you for your support of Enid High School!
EHS Seniors and EHS Families,
Graduation practice for our seniors this afternoon will be at 1:30 pm, in the New Gym - enter at the south-east corner doors and come in to the gym, sitting on the east side bleachers. We plan to be done before 3:30 pm (hopefully earlier than that).
There will not be the individual backdrop picture taken after walking across the stage. Instead, there will be professional photographers taking EHS Backdrop pics of individual seniors for those who are wanting those. This will be done between 6:00 - 7:00 pm inside the Football Fieldhouse - seniors will enter the Fieldhouse from the field at the locker room doors. These are optional.
EHS Seniors will then meet that evening at 6:45 pm at the west end zone of Selby stadium.
Graduation Ceremony will begin at 7:30 pm.

With weather predicted through the night tonight and into tomorrow morning, we plan to host graduation practice tomorrow afternoon, Friday, May 19th, 1:30 pm at D. Bruce Selby stadium.
EHS Seniors will still report to their “Elementary Walks” at 8:55 am no matter what the weather is.
Seniors do not come back to school. Seniors meet at the north side stands (home side) of Selby stadium at 1:30 pm sharp. We plan to be done before 4:00 pm (hopefully earlier than that).
EHS Seniors will then meet that evening at 6:45 pm at the west end zone of Selby stadium.
Graduation Ceremony will begin at 7:30 pm.

Emerson, Lincoln and Enid High School were recognized as Great Expectations Transitional Schools
Great Expectations Progressive school recognitions of Glenwood, Monroe, McKinley, and Waller.
Sheri Ingham was recognized as a finalist for the Oklahoma School Counselor of the Year.
Elsa Stewart, EHS senior, was recognized for being a National Merit Scholar.
Isai Chavez-Resendiz was recognized for being a state essay contest winner for his Great Expectations essay on "Effort".
EHS Jazz Band 1 was recognized for receiving superior ratings at all contests that they attended this year.
EHS Concert Choir was recognized for earning Sweepstakes at the OSSAA State Contest for the third year in a row.
Enid High School Girls track team was recognized as the 2023 6A Academic State Champions.
Saherena Williams-Clardy was recognized as a 1st Team All-Northwest Slowpitch Softball team member for 2023.
