DISTRICT PROFILE
The Enid Public School District, established in 1893, is a rural public school district located in north central Oklahoma ( Garfield County) with a total K-12 enrollment of 6,619 students. It operates ten elementary schools, three junior high schools, one high school and one alternative school within the city of Enid. Additional educational services include the Sequoyah School, Juvenile Detention Center, and Integers. The city of Enid is the metropolitan hub of the twenty-two county, northwest region of Oklahoma with a population of 48,000 residents. Enid Public School District #57 frequently serves as the initiator of new services and programs in northwest Oklahoma.

Technology Department Profile
As a newly structured Technology Department we are committed to serving the needs of Enid Public Schools in the 21st century. The compelling challenge is to ensure that our district uses technology effectively. Technology can maximize resources, help us to be more productive, and provide access to key data in making good decisions.

Currently, a significant effort is focused on modernizing back office functions while continuing to support the district’s accountability and communication requirements.
