COMPREHEND
The Comprehend Student Achievement Data is a powerful tool where teachers and administrators can access individual, school or district testing performance by sub groups, mobility, demographics, for current students enrolled in their class school for up to three years of active state assessment. The Comprehend data assessment tool (CD) is available at each school site in the counselor’s office. To access this information you must sign a Disclosure of Access request form located in the counselor’s office.
The IT department requires a completed form for any teacher or administrator requesting access to the Comprehend Student Achievement Data. Individuals requesting student information through Comprehend may not duplicate files or transfer files from the original disk while the disk is in their possession. The disk must be checked out through the counselor’s office and returned the same day.
