Request a Transcript

The Enid High School staff is happy to provide transcripts to those who need one for employment, post-secondary education or other personal or professional reasons.

The registrar will need the following information in order to process the request: (1) your name at the time of graduation; (2) your birthdate; (3) your year of graduation; and (4) the address where the transcript should be mailed.

There is a $4 fee for each transcript request. Please make checks payable to Enid High School. Payment should be mailed to the address listed above.
