EPS is committed to meeting the needs of all students, whether they are in need of special assistance or a more challenging environment.

The district provides for all areas of special education. EPS is home to two Shaklee Teacher Award winners, an honor that recognizes teachers nationwide for their exceptional work with children with disabilities.

A wide-range of enrichment opportunities also are available for students. Gifted classes, also known as enriched or honors courses, are available at the elementary, junior high and high school levels for students who qualify.
