Title IX is a federal law that says a school has a responsibility to promptly and efficiently respond to gender discrimination. This can be in the form of sexual misconduct, dating violence, stalking, or retaliation. EPS takes this responsibility very seriously and ensuring these matters are handled with the utmost care and discretion.
To better serve our students, families and staff, we’ve collected references outlining EPS reporting policies & procedures, training, and community resources.
Complaints or reports alleging sexual assault, sexual harassment, dating violence, stalking, or gender discrimination, including sexual orientation or gender identity, involving an EPS student, employee, or person affiliated with EPS should be immediately reported to the Title IX Coordinator at email@example.com.
Complaints or reports may be made anonymously, but no disciplinary action will be taken against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.
