CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL SITE-LEVEL TEACHERS OF THE YEAR!

I enjoy watching my students grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. Seeing my students meet their potential in these areas, is truly rewarding.
When a child feels accepted and important, all in the classroom prosper and our community continues to thrive. We are changing the world one student at a time.
Any child that feels safe and feels loved can learn and be successful.
My biggest successes are not in the realm of academics. Helping families rebuild and giving children hope has been my biggest reward.
Who you are and what you do matter tremendously. Even though the results may not be instantaneous, you make a difference to every student in your class.
I not only get the chance to teach my students lifelong health and physical activities; but also sportsmanship, leadership, honesty, how to cooperate and be inclusive of friends that are on all skill levels!
Do not lose hope in what we are achieving each day with our kids. We will come out the other side of this stronger and more determined than ever to reach every child, to help every family in need, and to create a stronger community of learners.
The message that I would share to the young educators is to
Being a teacher is a calling to make a difference in the lives of our students. Today, we are building a world of tolerance and peach everyday in our classrooms. Tomorrow, THEY will change the world.
We often do not realize the impact we have had on a student until we get that special note or card from them, a hug or greeting in the hallway when they have moved on to another grade!
I feel so fortunate to be able to call all of my students “my kids” and watch them grow into amazing people! I have the opportunity to instill a lifelong love for school and learning in my students!
IT TAKES A VILLAGE!! Working as a Team for student well being, academic success, and family support is integral for moving forward.
The one I love most is having the opportunity to share the things I am passionate about with my students. Geography classroom is the perfect stage for me to share this!
I would promote and encourage the idea of building engaging and harmonious classrooms. Our students deserve and need the opportunity to learn in an environment that excites and encourages them!
Do not live in your yesterdays or even in your future tomorrows. Seize the day and ask yourself,
We as teachers will make the greatest impact on our community’s children’s lives outside of their family dynamic. It is vital to connect with students on more than just an educational level.
Love your students where they are, but encourage them to be what you know they can become.
