- Save often
- Save all components to the same location or production folder
- Create production folders and save all of our files to a CD or to the desktop.
- Use a storyboard template to plan your production.
- To create a narration for your production use short narratives by saving the sound files in sequential order into a sound file folder.
- If you want both narration and music consider placing your narration in your project – saving it as a movie. Then opening a new project and import your movie – now you can add a second layer of sound

 The Avid Free DV tutorials are a quick start to learning the industry-standard editing interface used by more professionals than any other video editing solution. These tutorials introduce the basic features of Avid Free DV for Mac and Windows systems. Each training module is a few minutes in length and includes a visual demonstration with voiceover descriptions that talk users through each lesson. GOOGLE EARTH FREE
 Google Earth puts a planet's worth of imagery and other geographic information right on you’re desktop. Using Google Earth as a geographical resource will allow the integration of technology resources for multiple purposes. These purpose include developing kmz files
that can be saved and hyperlinked as part of an interactive lesson. You can also save screen shots as jepg files to use as a backgroud for PowerePoint presentations.
