Before you submit an online workorder request please be sure to check the following:
You have the correct username and password typed in
Your CAPS LOCK is not on when typing in your password.
Your computer is plugged in and turned on
Your Monitor is plugged in and turned on
Your printer is plugged into your computer and into a power outlet
Your computer network cable is plugged into both the computer and the wall outlet

After you have checked all of these things and you problem still exists
